Our hiring process

Your application will go directly to Jürgen, our Tech Director. You can expect a response within a few days, with direct contact to the Tech team and your future colleagues from the beginning.

The next step is the technical interview together with all relevant members of the AURENA Tech team. Here, we dive deeper into technical details, our tech stack and current goals, as well as your potential role and responsibilities in the team.

We believe that collaboration and sharing knowledge within the tech and UX community is valuable for all of us. That’s why we are happy to pass on our learnings at conferences, and actively support networking events like the Serverless Meetup Graz, which we founded, or the AngularMeetup Graz.
In the heart of Europe or remote
We work together from different places in Europe, currently mostly remote with teams in Austria and Great Britain. Once in a while, we like to meet in person at our main office in the university town of Leoben, which is conveniently located in the center of Austria and the heart of Europe.
Remote options
We love the quality of life in our region, but we know that moving here is not an option for everybody. We offer partly or fully remote options, depending on your role and personal situation. Usually, we have a ramp-up phase in person to help foster the team spirit and get up to speed more quickly.
