AURENA Tech welcomes new team members

With Patrick Niebrzydowski and Dmytro Barylo on board, our engineering team gains two new members who will contribute their experience to the continued development of our auction platform and our business-relevant digital products. It’s a great way to start the year 2024!

Patrick’s background lies in advertising and design, but he has gradually transitioned towards more technical roles over the years. He says, “I’ve had the chance to be a part of many different types of products and seen a whole array of technologies and industries in my career. The learning never stops, and I love the fast-paced nature of the frontend world.” Prior to joining AURENA Tech, Patrick worked as a Senior Engineer for startups like goUrban and TourRadar.

“The biggest draw for me coming to AURENA was the opportunity to really have ownership of the product and an impact on driving things forward. When chatting with the team, I got the feeling that the environment and attitude aligned with my personal values and interests”, Patrick shares.

Regarding his new role as Frontend Lead, he explains what is important to him: “The various products AURENA is building present a lot of unique and interesting challenges. I hope to use my experience in many different areas to bring a critical eye to existing workflows and set up everyone in the team with all the tools and infrastructure they need to get things done efficiently, while also enjoying their work.”

Before joining AURENA Tech, Dmytro worked as a Senior Frontend Engineer at Bitpanda Pro. Dmytro explains, “I am looking forward to making our platform and apps easier to use and further improve how we write code.” Three key factors made him choose AURENA Tech: “The new technologies, the product that many people use, and the friendly team. These factors make it an exciting and welcoming place to work.”

Furthermore, we are pleased that our previous Frontend Lead, Oliver Tulla, will remain a valuable part of the AURENA team in his new role as Tech Advisor.
