What is important for you in your new role at AURENA Tech? What would you like to contribute?
“For myself, I want to have a solid understanding of both the business as well as the overall technical architecture, to be able to make informed decisions when implementing new requirements and improving existing solutions. Also, I want to ensure that the backend team has all the right processes in place, so that every team member can focus on what they do best, enabling the team to efficiently deliver high quality software and great products for our users.”

What was appealing for you about the AURENA Tech team? Why did you want to join?
“Starting with my first contact, AURENA Tech seemed like a very interesting company, already operating a successful product, that has a lot of potential for future growth. When I learned more about the modern tech stack used, as well as the engineering culture, it became clear to me that I wanted to join.”
